Tasty Cookbooks — The best recipes from my favorite cookbooks

We all want the ONE tasty cookbook, right? And there is an actual book called "The Tasty Cookbook" — but it's not exactly the best cookbook on market. So which are the books you should buy, and why?

In this section of the site, I go over the very best cookbooks you can buy and explain what makes them so amazing. As a professional chef and cookbook author, I can tell you exactly what makes a good, bad, and tasty cookbook. A worthwhile book should help you become a better cook, such as teaching you how to increase flavor.
