Cook with Ingredients You Already Have

It's important to learn how to cook with ingredients you already have. This can save you TONS of money in food waste, because you'll naturally use up all of your food before it goes bad and needs to be thrown out. Also, it will save you time, because you won't find yourself having to run out to the store every day for the few things you're missing.

Knowing how to cook with the ingredients you have is something most folks say they want, but how exactly do you go about it? Well, first you need to know your ingredients, what they do, and how to use them. Once you've got a solid understanding on the ingredients in your fridge and pantry, you're a lot closer to knowing how to cook with them intuitively.

For example, what do you do with all those fresh herbs left in your fridge, after you used them that one time and didn't have another use for them? You spend $2-3 on those herbs, so you certainly don't want to waste them.
