Ingredients
6wholeripe plum tomatoessliced into 1/2″ slices
1poundfresh mozzarellasliced into 1/4″ slices
1handfulof fresh basil leaves
1/4cupextra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Arrange alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella on a platter, tucking a fresh basil leaf between them. Drizzle with olive oil, and then seasoning with salt and pepper.
