Giveaway, Contest, and Sweepstakes Rules

We host a lot of giveaways here on Fearless Fresh, so it’s time that we lay down some basic rules for all contests that take place here on the site:

Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the country of Canada, who are physically located and residing therein, and who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Void where restricted by law, and the odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

Fearless Fresh assumes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries due to spam filters, email problems, computer failure, for prizes lost in shipping and/or transit, or any other issues. The use of any system, robot, agent, or software to automatically submit entries in connection with giveaways is prohibited, and all entries pertaining to any and all such activities will be disqualified. All decisions concerning all matters related to giveaways are final.

A randomly selected winner will be notified by email. No cash substitutions, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed. Winner must claim prize within 2 weeks of the send date of notification email or the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be shipped via standard postal mail or media mail within 4 to 6 weeks after the prizes have been claimed by the winner. Winners and entrants agree to provide Fearless Fresh with a valid US residential address, and also grant to Fearless Fresh the right to use his/her name and biographical information in advertising and promotion without compensation or permission.

Shipping and postage within the 50 states of the United States will be paid for by Fearless Fresh or its affiliates. Any tax, international or otherwise, is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner releases Fearless Fresh from any liability arising out of participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

We reserve the right to verify any information provided by participants, including but not limited to location-related eligibility, age-related eligibility, the validity of submissions, and/or any details that may qualify an entrant for participation in the contest, sweepstakes, or giveaway. We reserve the right to disqualify participants should any information provided be unverifiable or untrue. No purchase necessary for entry. To complete your entry without a purchase, follow the non-purchase directions for entry on the giveaway  post.

Fearless Fresh is released from all liability should the prize arrive damaged or inoperable. In the event of such an occurrence, please contact the manufacturer for support.
